Shell Engineering Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (SECPL) is an organization established in 2019 for providing a various range of services in the fields of Civil Engineering including transportation, hydro-power, water supply, and sanitation, sewerage management, rural and urban infrastructure development, water resources development, social and environment sectors.

Although the consultancy is established recently, SECPL has shareholders having long-term experience in various fields who can provide a wide range of services in planning, design, construction, and consulting in the field of renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

Apart from that, this company shareholders have a decade-long experience of running the company named Panache Engineering Consultancy, which was established in the year 2010. That company gains noticeable experiences in the civil engineering field until 2015. On the foundation of the Panache, the shareholders established the SECPL.

The company has maintained a pool of experts from different fields of engineering, environment, architecture, urban planning, management, communication, and ICT.

Major activities of the company are therefore carrying out pre-investment studies such as survey, master plan, pre-feasibility and/or feasibility studies; preparation services such as detail design, bidding processes and implementation services such as construction supervision, project management, advisory, training, etc. for the projects within all fields of physical engineering, environmental and social issues related sciences. Apart from that we have expertise in the field of community consultation on benefit sharing and project communications.
